If you are our customer and need to test the speed of your line, you can do so here.

Mail server:

As an outgoing mail server (SMTP), set the address in your mail client: smtp.protonet.cz

Create a support request:

  1. Use the web form to create a ticket.
  2. After sending it, instructions for the next procedure will appear on the screen.
  3. An access key will be generated for you. You can use this key to log into the system and find out the status of your request.
